Wall mount for high or vertical lift sectional doors or small rolling doors and grilles. Chain hoist with electric interlock for manual operation in an emergency.

Included with LiftMaster® Medium-Duty Commercial Operators. OPEN/CLOSE/STOP allows complete control of the door.

Standard photo-eye included with Logic 5.0 and Medium-Duty Commercial Operators. Primary monitored entrapment protection with NEMA 1 enclosure.

Built-in 3-Channel Security+ Receiver allows you to learn/program up to 20 LiftMaster 315 MHz remote controls. Meets UL 325 Safety Standards. Protect people and vehicles with safety sensors and accessories that stop the door from closing on obstructions.

Integrated timer-to-close programmable from 5 to 60 seconds in 5-second increments.
